This could be your email address, name, relevant addresses etc. Such information enables full interaction and a complete user experience. Moreover, this information is saved for the ability to engage the organisation via comments, reports etc.

This type of data is automatically stored by cookies and other session tools. Information such as your page interactions, IP address etc. This information is used precisely to improve the user experience. Any real interaction and activity with the site will be actively stored.
